All damage and breakages must be advised to the Owner as soon as occasioned so as replacement or repairs can be done prior to the arrival of the next guests. If serious damage occurs and the Property is not fit to re-let the hirer will be responsible for loss and consequential damages. The Hirer must leave the Property in a clean and serviceable condition. Not to act in a way which may result in the insurance of the Property being void or avoidable. All reasonable precaution must be exercised to prevent damage to the fixtures, fittings and fabric of the Property.
